Our services are available in Southwest Charlotte Lake Wylie, Fort Mill and Tega Cay. Soon expanding to other areas.

Q - What is Errands of the Carolinas?

We are a corporate and personal errand/delivery service dedicated to completing "to do" or task lists so that busy executives, working moms and dads, professional Athletes or the Small Business Owners can spend worry-free time taking care of company business. We are insured, bonded and licensed.

Q - Is our personal information safe and secure? 

Definitely, all of the information is collected and stored by our Owner. We do not give, sell or trade any personal information to third parties.

Q - What are your working hours?

Regular hours are 9AM-6PM unless previously arranged. Special Exceptions: Emergency NC Notary Service is available from 7:30 AM. -9:30 AM. SC Notary Service can be arranged with an affiliate of ours with advance notice.

Q - How do we pay for services? 

After we meet, you will be emailed a quote, and then this can be paid with either Visa or MasterCard Credit Cards. If purchases are to be made during the errands, an approximate amount of cash will be calculated for purchases. Receipts will be given to our customers!

Q - Do you charge for each errand or service?

No. Ideally you will have several errands or tasks to be done. For example: pick up and drop off dry-cleaning, stop at Home Depot for Fall plants, pick up fresh vegetables at the Farmers Market.

Q - Do you have a specific day for the Farmers Market?

Yes, I prefer Wednesday mornings as the vegetables and fruit are the freshest on this day.

Q - I want to use you service but for several things different times of the year, how do we set this up? 

Great question! We will make an appointment at your convenience, to meet with you and discuss your needs. We have packages that are pre-paid and we will keep track of all the errands done.

Q - Our dogs need to be groomed and need to get their yearly shots. Can you provide this task?

Yes, we love animals. First step is to call and make an appointment to meet with you and your furry friends, gather all the information on your pets, and then give you a quote on the cost. Either one of us can make the office appointment and your furry pets will be taken care of in a timely manner.
